1. Aim of the competition

The B2B Creators Award is aimed at creative students who want to help shape the future of B2B communication with innovative ideas and projects. The goal is to promote young talent, create visibility, and provide new impetus for the industry.

2. Veranstalter

The competition and the award ceremony are organized and carried out by DYADIC GmbH in Fürth.

Kurgartenstrasse 37, 90762 Fürth.

3. Conditions of participation

The following are eligible to participate:

  • Students enrolled at colleges or universities based in Germany

  • Individuals or teams with up to 4 members

  • Persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of submission

  • Only projects in which the participants are authors or co-authors

Employees of the organizer as well as jury members and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Rights of use

By submitting their work, participants confirm that they are the authors of the submitted content and/or that they have the necessary rights of use.

The organizers receive a simple, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use the submitted projects in order to:

  • to be published as part of the competition

  • to be used in press and public relations work

  • at events, on the website and in social media

Commercial use by the organizer is not permitted without a separate agreement.

5. Data protection

Participants' personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition. A detailed privacy policy is available at [insert link]. By participating, participants agree to the processing of their data in accordance with the privacy policy.

6. Liability
 

The organizer is not liable for:

  • technical problems or problems with submission

  • the loss of data or documents

  • Damages arising in connection with participation in the competition

Participation is at your own risk. The organizer assumes no liability for lost or damaged submitted documents.

7. Exclusion from the competition
 

Participants may be excluded from the competition if they:

  • violate these terms and conditions

  • provide false information

  • Violate the rights of third parties

  • violate applicable law

8. Changes & Cancellations
 

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the competition in whole or in part or to change the conditions of participation if objective reasons make this necessary. Participants will be informed in a timely manner of any changes.

9. Legal recourse
 

Legal recourse is excluded.
